Order Processing

We aim to despatch all orders in 1-3 working days. We do our best to work as fast as we can so you get your order quickly, efficiently and of the best quality

 

Shipping

USA Orders

All USA orders are dispatched via Sprint and given to USPS to deliver to your door

Deliveries usually take 4-9 working days.

You will NOT be charged any import fees for USA

USA shipping is charged at $14
UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48
Shipping is charged at £5 for standard 2-3 day delivery
EU Orders
We dispatch international orders with Spring, Once in your country Spring will hand it to a national courier service to deliver to your door, this can also be found on the tracking link in your despatch email.
EU Orders should be delivered in 3-9 working days depending on the destination country
EU Shipping is charged at $12USD/ 11EURO
Returns and Exchanges
We offer 30 days to exchange or refund anything on your order.

Please post your order/ or item back to us with a note of your order number and if you would like a refund or state what item and size you would like to exchange it for and we will send out asap.

We recommend using a tracked service if you are outside the UK.
Unfortunately we cannot provide shipping labels or prepaid shipping labels to return items to us.. Return postage cost is the responsibility on the customer. If it's a return we provide a full refund including the original shipping cost. If its a exchange we send the new item to you with no extra cost.
